Practice Survey results

	On the day	Our surgery has moved to a triage system, to help deal with patient demand. Not all patients need to be seen, but they will be seen if it’s needed. This means that when you call the surgery, you will be asked some details, which will be passed to the Doctor. If the Doctor thinks that they can deal with it over the phone, they will call you back within four hours. If the doctor thinks that you need to be seen, they will ask reception to book you an appointment.

	Telephone Consultations	All our GP appointments are via a telephone call first.
	Nurse Appointments	The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.
	Book in Advance	You can book 4 weeks in advance.
	Out of Hours	If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111.
	Online Services	Patients can book appointments in advance using our online booking system.

	Online	You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services.
	In Person	Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery.
	Post	If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.
	Fax	Fax your prescription request to 0207 792 9044
	Pharmacy	You may also arrange for a pharmacy of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf
